Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth store operations and delivering inspirational, personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.

You will assist with start/end of day cash reconciliation, and may be required to open and close the store on a rota basis. Ideal candidates bring proven cosmetics retail experience, strong leadership, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
