Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service in a prestige beauty environment.

You will lead by example with coaching, manage cash handling, and participate in opening/closing the store on a rota. This role offers a path to long-term growth within a leader in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the Store.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring for the sales team.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Provide inspirational, authentic customer service to achieve targets.
