Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

You will coach the sales team, model professional behaviours, and help run a smooth operation across opening and closing shifts. Ideal candidates have retail experience, especially in cosmetics, strong cash-handling skills, and a track record of coaching teams to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience coaching/mentoring others to meet sales targets.
• Experience with cash handling and daily cash reconciliation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example and mentor sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule and reconcile end-of-day cash.
• Assist with cash handling and POS operations as part of daily duties.
