Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the store, and to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service.

You will lead by example, manage opening and closing duties on a rota, and perform start and end of day cash reconciliation, while coaching the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is required or preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service.
• Experience with coaching/mentoring others to reach sales targets is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule and reconcile cash at start/end of day.
• Provide coaching and guidance to sales team to achieve sales and service targets.
