Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences in a prestige beauty environment.

You will lead by example, coaching the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic service, while managing cash handling tasks and rotating opening/closing shifts to support store profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets.
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events; cash reconciliation desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.
Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation as well as opening/closing the store on a rota.
