Job summary

You will manage cash reconciliation, open and close duties on a rota, and mentor the team to meet sales and customer service targets. This is a strong first supervisory step with a leader in luxury beauty.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to meet sales targets desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software and proof of right to work in the country.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and open/close duties on a rota.
• Supervise and mentor sales associates to maintain high standards.
