Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and smooth store operations.

You will lead by example, coaching the sales team to meet targets while handling essential cash reconciliation tasks. Ideal candidates have retail cosmetics experience, strong coaching skills, and availability to work diverse hours, including days, nights, weekends, and events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in cosmetics or luxury brands.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash handling and reconciliation desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to reach sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and cash handling.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis and support scheduling.
