The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in Houston. You will lead by example, delivering personalized service and coaching the sales team to meet targets in a luxury beauty environment.

The role requires cash handling, opening/closing duties, and availability across retail hours, with a competitive hourly pay and bonus program. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
