Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in Houston, TX. You will lead the sales team with coaching and mentoring to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized service while driving sales targets.

You will handle essential cash reconciliation, open and close the store on a rotating schedule, and contribute to a smooth, customer-focused store operation in a prestige beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Willing to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring to motivate the sales team.
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and rota-based opening/closing.
• Deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets.
