Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician, or demonstrator license required where state law applies.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals in prestige sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalized product recommendations.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and skincare analysis with guests.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Keep prestige work areas replenished, tested, and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Stay informed about new trends, products, and brand benefits.
