Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category, engaging guests to assess needs and guide them to the right color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.

You will support the Sales Manager with service, events, and guest experience while upholding store standards. The role emphasizes passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and a proactive approach to learning product knowledge and trends to serve guests effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred. Cosmetology license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige category by engaging guests to determine their needs and assist in selection and purchase.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain store standards (cleanliness, replenishment).
• Assist in events and services to drive prestige brand sales goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate trends and benefits to guests.
• Maintain attendance and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
