Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and determining their needs, guiding product selections, and delivering exceptional service.

The role supports the Sales Manager through performance, people, and process initiatives, while maintaining store standards. Responsibilities include makeup applications, skincare analysis, and coordinating services and events to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion and competency for prestige product, guest service and selling.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales in prestige category.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and inform guests of current promotions and events.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver premium guest experiences.
