Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and selling skills with the ability to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for prestige category and brands.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging guests, and recommending products.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Maintain store standards and comply with policies and procedures.
