Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests, assessing their needs, and guiding them to the right prestige cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products. The role supports the Sales Manager with guest service, events, and performance while upholding store standards and policies.

The position requires passion for the beauty industry, excellent guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige category by engaging guests and assisting in selection and purchase of prestige merchandise.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain store standards, cleanliness and replenishment.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events to deliver prestige and brand sales goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and communicate product knowledge to guests.
