Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests, identifying needs, and guiding selections in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.

You will support the Sales Manager through service, events, and performance, while upholding store standards. The role requires passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology/esthetician license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant retail or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion and significant competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and assisting with product selection and purchases.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests, personalize service, and inform about promotions and services.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events, supporting prestige and brand goals.
• Maintain store standards, restock and organize work areas, and stay informed about trends and products.
• Attend ongoing training to enable professional development and prestige sales performance.
