Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will engage guests, recommend products, and support in-store events while upholding store standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals in prestige category and overall sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis with guests.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness.
