Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category while engaging guests to determine their needs and assist with purchases. The role supports the Sales Manager and focuses on service, guest experience, and in-store events.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician, or demonstrator's license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige category by engaging guests to determine needs and assist in purchases.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet and engage guests, and inform about promotions and services.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Maintain store standards, replenish and face prestige and iconic brand areas.
