Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize prestige category sales by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding purchases in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.

The role supports the Sales Manager with service excellence, events, and brand training while upholding store standards, guest satisfaction, and a flexible schedule. High school diploma and state-licensed cosmetology credentials as applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals in prestige sales and services.
• Greet guests, assess needs, recommend products, and inform guests of promotions and events.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver on prestige goals.
• Stay informed on beauty trends, ingredients, and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and uphold store standards.
