Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding selections in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. The role supports the Sales Manager with service, in-store events, and maintaining store standards including cleanliness and replenishment.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for beauty and exceptional guest service, with the ability to learn product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license as required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals in retail and service sales for prestige brands.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, replenishment and safety.
