Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category—color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance—by engaging guests and guiding selection of prestige merchandise. The position supports the Sales Manager through a focus on performance, people, and process while maintaining store standards.

The role requires a passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals in prestige category and overall sales
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, personalizing recommendations, and informing about promotions/events
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
• Book appointments for services and in-store events that drive prestige sales
• Maintain knowledge of trends and ingredients to advise guests effectively
• Adhere to store policies, procedures, and dress code
