Ulta Beauty seeks a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize prestige sales by engaging guests, assessing their needs, and guiding selections of color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance, while upholding all store standards. This role emphasizes exceptional service, product knowledge, and the ability to create a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced beauty destination.

The PBA supports the Sales Manager, contributes to in-store events, replenishment, and guest loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology license may be required by state law.
• Experience in beauty retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with product selection and recommendations to address their needs.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and product demonstrations for guests.
• Maintain replenished, signed, and faced prestige brand work area and testers.
• Support in-store events and guest loyalty initiatives to drive sales.
