The role supports the Sales Manager through a focus on service, people, and process, with an emphasis on guest experience and brand education. A passion for beauty and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• Experience in prestige beauty or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for prestige beauty sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, advising and product recommendations.
• Demonstrate makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events to drive sales.
• Stay informed about trends, ingredients, and product benefits to inform guests.
• Maintain consistent attendance and store standards.
