Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize prestige category sales by engaging guests and recommending cosmetics, skincare and fragrance products. You will support store goals through personalized service, product demonstrations, and event coordination.

Responsibilities include conducting makeup applications, skincare analysis, and bookings for services and events, while maintaining store standards and upholding brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion and significant competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
