Job summary

Pitney Bowes Presort Services is hiring a Direct Hire Full Time Warehouse Presort Associate 3 in our Phoenix, AZ facility. This role leads presort operations on MLOCR equipment, assigns tasks, sets up machines, and ensures quality and timely USPS reporting.

The position requires 1–2 years’ lead experience and strong warehouse process knowledge, with ability to read USPS regulations and prepare production reports.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Lead role.
• Skilled across all areas of warehouse operations.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret USPS postal regulations.
• Ability to prepare reports and effectively present information to managers, customers and employees.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Ability to work overtime with little notice.

Responsibilities

• The accurate and timely processing of the mail run on the MLOCR Equipment.
• Assign workers to the appropriate equipment and job duties.
• Set up machines.
• Verify quality of sorted mail using QMS procedures.
• Assist in preparation of USPS and Production reporting as required.
• Oversee production workers in designated areas.
• Direct production and personnel issues to Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Assure mail is prepared to hit required times.
