Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our Las Vegas, NV presort facility. The role involves leading a shift, managing mail flow, and ensuring postal deadlines are met to deliver optimal postage discounts for clients.

You will supervise production staff, conduct interviews, training, and performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with USPS regulations and internal procedures. The position requires flexibility for weekend/shift variations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in presort, mailroom, or related industry.
• Minimum of two years in a production or mailing environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with MS Access, MS Word, internet and email.

Responsibilities

• Organize mail flow on the production floor and assign workers to meet postal deadlines.
• Oversee production workers; interview, hire, train, appraise performance; enforce policies.
• Ensure Total Quality Management (TQM) processes are followed at all times.
• Complete USPS and internal reports and communicate between shifts.
• Suggest improvements to equipment use, working conditions and motivation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
