Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Direct Hire Full Time Warehouse Presort Associate 1 for our Grove City, OH facility. 3rd shift runs Monday–Friday 10pm–6am. Base pay is $15.50 with a $2.00 shift differential, totaling $17.50 per hour.

In this fast-paced role you will prepare mail, review labels and barcodes, and ensure proper dispatch and readiness for the postal system. We value reliability and strong teamwork to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Dependable and reliable.
• Knowledge of pre-sort mailing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review outgoing mail, postage, and barcodes for production readiness.
• Verify dates, weights, ZIP codes, and barcode quality.
• Troubleshoot jams and maintain sorter equipment.
• Coordinate with drivers and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Assist inbound/outbound processing and SLA adherence.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
