Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring for a Direct Hire Full Time Warehouse Presort Associate 3 in our Phoenix, AZ facility. This role covers 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, with a base rate of $20.75/hr plus $1.50/hr for 3rd shift, totaling $22.25/hr.

The role involves leading the mail run, assigning workers, ensuring quality, preparing reports, and coordinating with Customer Service and Operations to resolve mail quality issues.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a Lead role.
• Ability to read, interpret USPS/postal regulations.
• Ability to read and present reports in English.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop and bend up to 80% of the time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the mail run on the MLOCR equipment and ensure accuracy.
• Assign workers to equipment and duties; supervise production.
• Set up machines and verify mail quality per QMS procedures.
• Prepare USPS and production reports as required.
• Oversee presort and machine operating tasks as needed.
• Direct production and personnel issues to the Supervisor promptly.
• Ensure QMS processes are followed and meet deadlines.
