Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy in Lancaster, PA is hiring a Preschool Teacher for a full-time, on-site role. The position offers a schedule Monday–Friday with no nights or weekends, and a pay rate of $16.00–$18.00 per hour. You will implement engaging activities, follow curriculum resources, and contribute to a warm, nurturing classroom.

You will help children grow confidence, independence, and early academic skills while collaborating with teachers and leaders to support student success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to balance structure, creativity, and fun in a busy preschool classroom.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Meet applicable state licensing requirements.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in a licensed childcare or early learning setting is preferred but not required.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required.
