Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy in Lancaster, PA, seeks a PreK Teacher for a full-time role. Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. You’ll engage early learners with hands-on activities and a balanced mix of curriculum and creativity, supporting development and confidence.

You’ll collaborate with teachers and leaders, use provided planning resources, and bring your own ideas to create a vibrant classroom where children feel safe and excited to learn.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to balance structure, creativity, and fun in a busy preschool classroom.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Meet applicable state licensing requirements.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in a licensed childcare or early learning setting is preferred but not required.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

You’ll have curriculum and lesson-planning resources to support you while still having opportunities to bring your own interests, talents, and creativity into the classroom.
