Chesterbrook Academy in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Twos Teacher for a full-time role. You’ll create engaging experiences that help toddlers learn through exploration and play, using provided curriculum while adding your own ideas and creativity. You’ll build a foundation for confidence, independence, and early learning skills.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for growth within the Chesterbrook Academy network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare or early learning setting is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Meet applicable state licensing requirements.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required.

• Bring lessons to life through hands-on activities, stories, art, music, movement, and play.
