Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our full-time team. You will deliver engaging, play-based lessons within our nurturing early education program and work with families to support each child’s growth.

You’ll use the curriculum as a base but bring your own creativity to the classroom, helping children build confidence and social skills while forming meaningful relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to balance structure, creativity, and fun in a busy preschool classroom.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Meet applicable state licensing requirements.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in a licensed childcare or early learning setting is preferred but not required.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required.
