Chesterbrook Academy in Lancaster, PA is hiring an Assistant Teacher. Bring creativity, energy, and ideas to a classroom where you help preschoolers learn through play, with curriculum and planning support to back you up.

You’ll build strong relationships with children and families, collaborate with peers, and help create a positive, engaging learning environment. Candidates must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience in licensed childcare or early learning is preferred but not required.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to balance structure, creativity, and fun in a busy preschool classroom.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Meet applicable state licensing requirements.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in a licensed childcare or early learning setting is preferred but not required.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required.
• Experience with working with all ages a plus.
