Chesterbrook Academy in Lancaster, PA is hiring a PreK Teacher to join a vibrant early childhood team. You’ll create engaging experiences that let children explore and learn through play, with curriculum and lesson-planning resources to support you while you bring your own ideas.

The role emphasizes building confident, capable learners; you’ll partner with families and colleagues to foster a positive classroom.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to balance structure, creativity, and fun in a busy preschool classroom.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Meet applicable state licensing requirements.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in a licensed childcare or early learning setting preferred.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
