Job summary

Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership seeks a Head Start Preschool Floating Center Aide to support classrooms in Idaho Falls, Rexburg and Blackfoot. You will assist with an age-appropriate curriculum and foster a safe, nurturing environment for children birth to five.

You will collaborate with lead teachers, participate in professional development, and contribute to a dynamic learning atmosphere. Starting wage is $15.28 per hour DOE, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDA Credential within 12 months of joining (costs covered).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or pursued after joining.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teacher with designing and delivering an age-appropriate curriculum.
• Provide classroom support across Idaho Falls, Rexburg and Blackfoot.
• Create engaging learning centers and activities; foster curiosity and exploration.
• Support mealtimes and promote healthy eating habits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and training; adapt to different classrooms and teams.
