Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership seeks a Head Start Preschool Floating Center Aide to support classrooms in Idaho Falls, Rexburg and Blackfoot. You will assist with an age-appropriate curriculum and foster a safe, nurturing environment for children birth to five.

You will collaborate with lead teachers, participate in professional development, and contribute to a dynamic learning atmosphere. Starting wage is $15.28 per hour DOE, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDA Credential within 12 months of joining (costs covered).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or pursued after joining.

Join our team as a Head Start Preschool Floating Center Aide at our Head Start and Early Head Start locations in Idaho Falls, Rexburg, and Blackfoot. In this role, you'll provide classroom support wherever it's needed most, working with children from birth through age five and helping create positive learning experiences that foster growth, confidence, and school readiness.

• Collaborate closely with the lead teacher to design and implement a dynamic and age-appropriate curriculum that sparks children's imaginations.
• Foster a safe and nurturing environment where children can grow and thrive, while ensuring their well-being is always a top priority.
• Channel your creativity by preparing captivating learning materials and setting up interactive learning centers that ignite curiosity and exploration.
• Engage children in exciting educational play and other stimulating activities that make learning an adventure.
• Promote healthy eating habits by assisting with mealtimes and creating an atmosphere of wellness and balanced nutrition.
• Bring your organizational skills to the table, maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing classroom environment.
• Embrace growth opportunities by actively participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities.
• Love variety? As a Floating Center Aide, you'll work with different children, classrooms, and teams throughout Idaho Falls, Rexburg, and Blackfoot-where no two days are exactly the same.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Equivalency Degree (GED) to kickstart your journey.
• The ability to obtain the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential with our guidance within 12 months of joining (don't worry, we've got your back and cover all costs!)
• Experience working with children aged birth to 5 is highly valued, but if you're bursting with passion and motivation, we'd love to hear from you regardless.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance
• Complete physical exam, because the well-being of our team is equally important.
