Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director to oversee safe, effective school operations alongside the Director. In the Director’s absence, you will assume sole responsibility and help drive the school’s daily activities and adherence to licensing standards.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Compensation/Benefit:

• Compensation $24.18 - $25.12 starting hourly rate salary on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
