Job summary

Manufacturo is seeking an early-career Presales Solutions Consultant who understands how discrete manufacturing works and is excited to translate that experience into customer-facing solutions. You’ll partner with Sales to demonstrate Manufacturo’s platform, uncover operational pain points, and show how it improves traceability, quality, and production efficiency.

This role suits someone with hands-on manufacturing ops experience who wants a technology-driven advisory track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing operations in a discrete manufacturing environment or as a presales consultant.
• Knowledge of MES, QMS, Warehouse and inventory systems and related enterprise tools (CAD, ERP, PLM).
• Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable in multicultural environments.
• Understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• US citizen or green card holder.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical presales engagements, discovery, and solution development to understand business challenges and objectives.
• Translate business needs into Manufacturo solutions and value propositions.
• Lead customer intros, proofs of concept, and deep dives to gain alignment on value.
• Deliver compelling presentations focused on business value and SaaS capabilities.
• Build and execute tailored demos and proofs of concept.
• Support responses to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.
• Coordinate the entire customer journey toward closure and handoff.
• Master the Manufacturo platform and stay current on product roadmap.
• Speak to industry standards, trends and customer use cases.
