This mid-senior level role requires 5+ years of manufacturing experience and strong skills in continuous improvement and communication. You will engage with manufacturers to demonstrate how innovative solutions can enhance productivity and quality. The position offers a flexible hybrid work environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence principles.
• Proven ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex, value-based demos.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time within the USA.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customers' manufacturing environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers.
• Design and deliver impactful solution demonstrations.
• Configure and manage demo environments.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Customer Success.
• Shape solution architectures that align with customer strategies.
• Share best practices and insights across the global Solutions team.
• Represent Poka at industry events and conferences.
