Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform in the industrial space, seeks a Solutions Consultant to bridge technical depth and business value. You will run discovery, tailor demos, and manage trials using real customer data to prove MaintainX’s value to operators, plant managers and executives.

You will own technical validation, coordinate with Professional Services for integrations, and keep the demo library current as products evolve, helping AEs close deals across US markets.

Qualifications

• This role requires 3+ years in technical sales, solutions engineering, implementation, or solutions building.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial operations or warehouse environments.
• Proven record running multi-stakeholder evaluations from discovery through validation.
• Ability to adjust approach for technicians, plant managers, and executives.
• Strong presentation skills in mixed audiences and excellent organizational focus.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with Account Executives to map workflows and pain points, then build the demo plan.
• Deliver tailored demos and hands-on trials using customer data to illustrate value.
• Lead technical validation and PoC across multi-stakeholder cycles, answering questions clearly.
• Collaborate with Professional Services on customer-specific integrations when needed.
• Keep demos and sales content current as the product ships, and coach AEs on product positioning.
• Partner with product, marketing, engineering and support, feeding customer feedback back into teams.
