Job Description:

As a Pitney Bowes TrackMyMail Specialist, you will serve as a business partner with sales and a trusted technical advisor to clients, acting as the subject matter expert on TMM workflows. You will work closely with clients and Sales to develop effective TMM solutions that meet customer expectations. Your role involves requirement elicitation to determine the best solutions for customer problems.

You are:
  • A collaborator who can discover and understand a client’s operational issues.
  • An excellent communicator (both written and oral) capable of recommending, proposing, and presenting complex solutions involving Pitney Bowes Software, USPS integrations, and professional services based on client requirements.
  • Someone with a high level of ethics, commitment, and a self-starter attitude.
  • Possessing a strong technical background in USPS automation.
  • Bold in the pursuit of superior, market-leading solutions.
You will:
  • Engage with Sales and senior decision-makers to understand client objectives, priorities, and challenges.
  • Translate Pitney Bowes offerings into tailored solution strategies for customer success.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop and present technical solutions, maintaining expertise on the business case.
  • Deliver customized pre-sales presentations, product demos, and whiteboard discussions.
  • Lead the creation of the Statement of Work (SOW).
Your background:
  • At least 2+ years of sales or client-facing USPS technical experience.
  • 1-5 years of experience in digital communications.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%, including overnight stays.
Our Team:

Our Sending Technology Solutions business offers innovative mailing and shipping solutions for small and medium businesses, supporting over one million businesses with addressing, postage, multi-carrier parcel shipping, and payments.

Compensation:

The salary range is $85,000 - $105,000 annually, with potential for an annual incentive bonus, bringing total on-target earnings to approximately $165,000.

Location:

Remote, within the continental U.S., with travel up to 30% required. Location may change based on business needs.
