As a Pitney Bowes TrackMyMail Specialist, you will partner with sales and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, acting as the subject matter expert on TMM workflows. Working closely with clients and Sales, you will develop effective TMM solutions, ensuring they meet customer expectations. Your role involves requirement elicitation to determine what is needed to solve customer problems.

Our Sending Technology Solutions business provides innovative mailing and shipping solutions for small and medium businesses, supporting over one million businesses with addressing, postage evidencing, multi-carrier parcel shipping, and payments.
The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $105,000/year, depending on skills and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, with total on-target earnings up to $165,000.
Remote, within the continental U.S., with up to 30% travel required.
