Job Description:

As a Pitney Bowes TrackMyMail Specialist, you will partner with sales and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, acting as the subject matter expert on TMM workflows. Collaborating closely with clients and Sales, you will develop effective TMM solutions that meet customer expectations. Your role involves requirement elicitation to determine what is needed to solve customer problems.

You are:
  • Someone who can discover and understand a client’s operational issues.
  • An excellent communicator (both written and oral) capable of recommending, proposing, and presenting complex solutions involving Pitney Bowes software, USPS integrations, and professional services based on client requirements.
  • A person with a high level of ethics, commitment, and self-motivation.
  • Possessing a strong technical background in USPS automation.
  • Someone who moves boldly in pursuit of superior, market-leading solutions.
You will:
  • Engage with Sales and senior decision-makers to understand client objectives and challenges.
  • Translate Pitney Bowes offerings into tailored solution strategies ensuring customer success.
  • Work with Sales to develop and present compelling technical solutions and maintain expertise on all business case elements.
  • Deliver customized pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, and whiteboard sessions.
  • Lead the creation of the Statement of Work (SOW).
Your background:
  • At least 2 years of sales and/or client-facing USPS technical experience.
  • 1-5 years of experience in digital communications.
  • May require up to 30% travel, including overnight stays.

Our Sending Technology Solutions business provides innovative mailing and shipping solutions that support over one million businesses, simplifying their operations and delivering greater value.

Compensation:

The salary range is $85,000 - $105,000 annually, with actual pay based on skills and experience. The position is eligible for an annual bonus, with total on-target earnings up to $165,000.

Location:

Remote, U.S. continental, with up to 30% travel; location may change based on business needs.
