As a Pitney Bowes TrackMyMail Specialist, you will partner with sales and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, acting as the subject matter expert on TMM workflows. Collaborating closely with clients and Sales, you will develop effective TMM solutions that meet customer expectations. Your role involves requirement elicitation to determine what is needed to solve customer problems.

Our Sending Technology Solutions business provides innovative mailing and shipping solutions that support over one million businesses, simplifying their operations and delivering greater value.
The salary range is $85,000 - $105,000 annually, with actual pay based on skills and experience. The position is eligible for an annual bonus, with total on-target earnings up to $165,000.
Remote, U.S. continental, with up to 30% travel; location may change based on business needs.
