As a Pitney Bowes TrackMyMail Specialist, you will partner with sales and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, acting as the subject matter expert on TMM workflows. Collaborating closely with clients and sales teams, you will develop effective TMM solutions that meet customer expectations. Your role involves requirement elicitation to determine client needs.

As a TrackMyMail Specialist, you will have:
Our Sending Technology Solutions business provides innovative mailing and shipping solutions supporting over one million businesses, simplifying operations from addressing to multi-carrier parcel shipping and payments.
The salary range is $85,000 - $105,000 annually, with actual pay based on skills and experience. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, with total on-target earnings up to $165,000.
Remote, U.S. continental, with up to 30% travel. Location may change based on business needs.
Must be authorized to work in the US. No visa sponsorship available.
