Job Description

As a Pitney Bowes TrackMyMail Specialist, you will partner with sales and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, acting as the subject matter expert on TMM workflows. Collaborating closely with clients and sales teams, you will develop effective TMM solutions that meet customer expectations. Your role involves requirement elicitation to determine client needs.

You are:
  • A collaborator who understands client operational issues.
  • An excellent communicator (written and oral) capable of proposing complex solutions involving Pitney Bowes Software, USPS integrations, and professional services based on client needs.
  • Highly ethical, committed, and a self-starter.
  • Possessing a strong technical background in USPS automation.
  • Bold in pursuing market-leading solutions.
You will:
  • Engage with sales and decision-makers to understand objectives and challenges.
  • Translate Pitney Bowes offerings into tailored solutions ensuring customer success.
  • Develop and present technical solutions, maintaining expert knowledge of the business case.
  • Deliver customized presentations, demos, and whiteboard sessions.
  • Lead the creation of Statements of Work (SOW).
Your background:

As a TrackMyMail Specialist, you will have:

  • At least 2 years of sales or client-facing USPS technical experience.
  • 1-5 years in digital communications.
  • Up to 30% travel, including overnight stays.
Our Team

Our Sending Technology Solutions business provides innovative mailing and shipping solutions supporting over one million businesses, simplifying operations from addressing to multi-carrier parcel shipping and payments.

Compensation

The salary range is $85,000 - $105,000 annually, with actual pay based on skills and experience. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, with total on-target earnings up to $165,000.

Location

Remote, U.S. continental, with up to 30% travel. Location may change based on business needs.
