Job Description:

As a Pitney Bowes TrackMyMail Specialist, you will be a business partner with sales and a trusted technical advisor to clients, serving as the subject matter expert regarding TMM workflows. Working closely and collaboratively with clients and Sales, you will devise effective TMM solutions while ensuring that PB’s solutions meet the customer’s expectations. Through requirement elicitation, you will be instrumental in determining what is needed to solve the customer’s problem.

You are:

  • A collaborator who can discover and understand a client’s operational issues.
  • An excellent communicator (both written and oral) who can recommend, propose, and present complex solutions, including Pitney Bowes Software, USPS integrations, and professional services, based on customer requirements.
  • An individual with a high level of ethics and commitment, as well as being a self-starter.
  • An individual with a strong technical background in USPS automation.
  • Someone who moves boldly in the quest for superior and best-in-market solutions.

You will:

  • Engage with Sales and senior business and technical decision-makers to understand customer objectives, priorities, and challenges.
  • Map and translate Pitney Bowes offerings into a customer-specific solution strategy that ensures success now and in the future.
  • Work with Sales to develop and present compelling technical solutions and maintain expert-level knowledge of the business case.
  • Deliver customized pre-sales technical presentations, product demonstrations, and whiteboard discussions with employees and clients.
  • Own and lead the creation of the Statement of Work (SOW).

Your background:

  • 2+ years of sales and/or client-facing USPS technical experience.
  • 1-5 years of experience in digital communications.
  • May require up to 30% travel, including overnight stays.

Our Team:

Our Sending Technology Solutions business provides innovative mailing and shipping solutions that support more than one million businesses, from addressing and postage evidencing to multi-carrier parcel shipping and payments.

Compensation:

The wage range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000/year, with actual pay dependent on skills and experience. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, making total on-target earnings up to $165,000.

Location:

Remote, within the continental U.S., with up to 30% travel required. This may change based on business needs.
