Job summary
REAKT Recruitment Ltd in Alabama is seeking a Software Solutions Presales Engineer to act as the technical bridge between sales, product, delivery and customers, with a focus on IDP and document automation. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
- Up to 4 years in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting or related roles.
- Experience configuring enterprise software solutions and integrations.
- Strong presentation, communication and requirement gathering skills.
- Ability to design end-to-end intelligent automation solutions and ROI arguments.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery workshops to understand document workflows and automation needs.
- Translate requirements into scalable solution designs for IDP and automation.
- Configure environments and build PoCs with real customer documents.
- Deliver technical demos, workshops and hands-on sessions.
- Guide prospects through evaluations and value cycles; map integrations.
