Job summary

REAKT Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to oversee end-to-end customer deployments of enterprise software with emphasis on IDP and workflow automation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure successful go-lives across multiple projects.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and the ability to travel as needed to customer sites. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
• Strong understanding of IDP, OCR, workflow automation or document processing technologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation projects from kick-off to go-live.
• Manage multiple enterprise projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables are met.
• Build project plans, milestones and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate activities across Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Product, Development and Support.
• Oversee configuration work including classification, extraction, validation and workflow automation.
• Manage integrations with ECM, ERP, BPM and other business applications.
• Run project status meetings, executive updates and risk management sessions.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment readiness and production rollout.
• Handle scope, change requests, risks, issues and customer communications.
• Ensure smooth transition into support and customer success teams.

Implementation Project Manager (Enterprise Software / IDP)

We’re supporting a leading technology provider in the Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and workflow automation space who are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to manage full end‑to‑end customer deployments.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, customer‑focused, and experienced in delivering enterprise software solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring smooth, successful implementations from initiation through to production rollout.
