Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Presales Solution Architect to lead discovery, design, and demonstrations across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and Microsoft AI. You will partner with account executives, delivery leadership, and clients to shape solution strategies, scoping, and proposals, driving practical, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in business applications consulting or equivalent.
• 5+ years Dynamics 365 + Power Platform configuration and design.
• 3+ years in a presales solution architect/technical sales role.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales activities for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI from discovery to close.
• Translate business needs into solution recommendations across Dynamics 365 CE apps.
• Design tailored demonstrations mapping platform capabilities to client needs.
