Qualifications

• 5+ years managing enterprise software implementation projects.
• Experience in document automation, OCR or Intelligent Document Processing is advantageous.
• Strong written and oral communication, including executive-level presentation.
• Knowledge of enterprise software delivery methodologies and project scoping.
• Familiarity with ECM, BPM, records management, or workflow platforms.
• Experience with AI-driven technologies and modern automation tools.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple client implementation projects, managing timelines and budgets.
• Create detailed project plans, milestones and dependency maps.
• Run discovery sessions to document client processes and data needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Services, Engineering, Product, and Support.
• Manage configuration across classification, extraction, validation, and workflow.
• Lead integration workstreams with ECM, ERP, BPM and other systems.
• Facilitate regular updates, risk assessments and issue resolution.
• Guide clients through testing, user acceptance and deployment readiness.
• Control scope, changes, risks and communications through lifecycle.
• Ensure smooth handover to long-term support and customer success.
• Occasionally oversee paired or multi-platform implementations.
