Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Dynamics 365 Presales Solutions Architect to lead presales across Finance, SCM, Project Operations, and HR. You will collaborate with account executives, delivery leaders, and clients to understand business needs, craft solution strategies, and deliver tailored demonstrations that map ERP capabilities to outcomes.

This role emphasizes mentoring, reusable assets, and continuous improvement of presales standards while supporting practice growth and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in business process analysis, ERP or Digital Experience solution design, or implementation experience
• Five or more years hands-on with one or more Dynamics 365 apps (Finance, SCM, Project Operations, or HR)
• Experience supporting presales activities including discovery, demonstrations, and scoping
• ERP certifications for Dynamics 365 are preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads functional and technical presales activities from discovery through deal close
• Translates business requirements into solution recommendations including configuration, customization, and integrations
• Designs and delivers tailored demonstrations that map platform capabilities to client needs
• Develops Statements of Work, Level of Effort estimates, and pricing materials with delivery leadership
