Job summary

BDO is seeking a Presales Solution Architect to lead functional and technical presales for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and Microsoft AI opportunities. You will collaborate with account executives and stakeholders to understand business needs, craft solution strategies, and deliver tailored demonstrations to support scoping, proposals, and estimates.

You will architect solutions spanning CE apps, Dataverse, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure integration, while

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in business applications consulting.
8+ years Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, CRM, or related experience.
5+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform configuration and design.
3+ years in a presales solution architect or technical sales role.
Experience designing AI-enabled solutions using Copilot or Azure AI services.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Lead presales activities for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft AI from discovery to close.
Translate client needs into solution recommendations across CE apps and platforms.
Develop tailored demonstrations mapping platform capabilities to client goals.
Create demos, environments, data sets, scripts, and demo assets.
Contribute to proposals, scoping, estimates, and pricing materials.
Mentor consultants and presales team members on discovery and demos.
